Kate and Rachel Atkinson , Endurance Saddles and British Teams!

Rachel Atkinson and her daughter Kate purchased their first ReactorPanel Saddle from us in 2010 and now have a number of our saddles, including the Pegasus lightweight which was designed for Kate.

A former British Team member, Rachel coached the British Youth Team to their first Junior medal in 15 years and her daughter Kate was the youngest of the four-strong team in the FEI European Young Rider Endurance Championships at Mont le Soie, in Belgium, where 19 national teams were competing on a super-tough 120-km Ardennes mountain route.

Rachel now coaches the British Team Development Squad and when asked why she likes our saddles Rachel told me that

” Whatever the distance, whatever the speed, whatever the terrain I’ve never has a horse with a sore back”

Kate is now a practicing vet and became British Youth Champion 3 years on the trot, using the pegasus Lightweight we designed for her.
